In case you want to contact us because you haven’t received your Freikarte yet or you lost it, please read the following information below. Thank you!
The mail out of the Freikarte is kindly arranged by the universities (and so we can ensure that your data is protected). If you are first or second semester your Freikarte should be included in your enrollment package or should have been sent to you by mail or you should have received an email by your university where to pick up your Freikarte.
In case you still didn’t receive your Freikarte or you lost yours you can order a new one through us. Please send a prepaid reply envelope (90 cent stamp) and a copy of your Identity Card and Student ID AS WELL as a copy of your enrollment certificate (your semester should be evident) – it is very important to send in ALL information otherwise there will be no replacement ticket – to:
